With sadness and at the same time pride, today we remember our beloved Aina Muceniece, the founder of the Virotherapy Foundation and a pioneer in cancer virotherapy. Aina Muceniece still lives on in our hearts, and thanks to her family, the Rigvir virus continues to help cancer patients. Aina Muceniece became a mother not only to Rigvir but also to many people whom she gave new lives and founded hopes in their fight against cancer.
