This is a story about people taking their stance against weakness by defining and conquering their own limits. People becoming their own inspiration and unknowingly inspiring others – seekers, fighters, and millions of cancer victims all around the world.
In the 21st century, cancer remains a deadly disease and the world still isn’t able to find a cure. The world still isn’t able to provide a safe yet effective treatment for all cancer patients.
Anyone who comes close to cancer becomes a seeker. They seek a way to be with their loved ones for as long as possible. A path that won’t leave them bedridden but will set them free and perhaps even let them meet their unborn children and grandchildren. A journey so challenging, it’ll be no match for the disease.
The eight heroes of our story, all seekers from different corners of the world, came together in the expedition “Climb for Cancer” to embark on one of the most extraordinary adventures of their lives – to attempt Mont Blanc, the highest mountain in the Alps and in all of Western Europe. Will they reach the peak?
